Team photoshoot

Team photos should do more than fit everyone into the same frame. They show the people behind your business. We can photograph at your workplace, outdoors or at a location that reflects your brand.

  • Two group portraits plus one individual portrait per person, edited and high-resolution

  • One location

  • Pre-session guidance on outfits, location and preparation

  • Each additional person is $50

Small business photoshoot

For when a single portrait is not enough. This session gives you a broader content library to draw from across your website, social media and marketing, telling the fuller story of who you are and how you work.

FAQs

  • Wear something that reflects how you show up in your business: polished yet recognisably you. Avoid busy patterns and very bright colours. Every client receives a pre-shoot guide with practical tips. If you are unsure, send me a few options and I will give you honest feedback.

  • You do not need to work this out on your own. Before the shoot, we have a planning conversation about your business, how you will use the images and what would be most useful to capture. I then put together a shot list to give the day a clear direction.

  • The Profile photoshoot includes five edited images per person, delivered in colour and black and white. Group and team portraits include a group shot plus one individual portrait per person. The Small business brand shoot includes 50 edited images. Custom shoots are delivered according to the agreed scope. All images are fully edited and high-resolution.

  • Profile photoshoots and team portraits are delivered within [X] working days. Brand shoots take [X] working days due to the larger volume. If you need images sooner for a launch or a deadline, let me know when you enquire, and I will work to that where I can.

  • Yes. Sessions within the Perth metropolitan area carry no travel fee. For locations further out, including regional Western Australia, I add a reasonable travel cost to your quote before you book.

  • We can reschedule at no cost. Perth weather is usually kind, but I keep an eye on the forecast in the days beforehand and will contact you if a change of plan makes sense. Many sessions can also move indoors if you would rather not change the date.

  • Yes. All delivered images are licensed for your business use, including websites, social media, printed materials and advertising. If you need extended licensing for broader commercial use, please let me know and we can discuss it.
